About
AANC was founded by Mohammed Ouinas, digital accessibility consultant and systems and network engineer.
Blind, and educated at the French National Institute for Blind Youth (Institut National des Jeunes Aveugles), he has used screen readers and braille displays since childhood. He knows from the inside what makes a digital service usable, or impossible to use.
Holding a master's-level degree in systems, network, cloud and cybersecurity engineering, he worked for five years as a network and systems engineer for the Seine-Saint-Denis departmental council, after a long career as a system administrator and entrepreneur.
His conviction: accessible digital services are better for everyone.
